Residents of the village of Moshchun, which was destroyed by the invaders during the battle for Kyiv, are preparing to spend the winter at home, although there are no unharmed houses in the village, and only the foundation remains of many of them. The reality of Moshchun today is modular houses from benefactors and the ruins of what used to be housing. Volunteers who come to the village on weekends help clean up the rubble.

On a gloomy autumn Saturday, TEXTIV’s correspondent joined a group of volunteers. Among others, our company includes a designer, a PR woman, a businessman, a student, and an Estonian ambassador. We are going to Moschun together with the “B50” volunteer initiative.
