Vilnius hosts Chronicles of the Unknown Superheroes/Ukrainians!
The European tour of the international photo exhibition B50 Chronicles of the Unknown Superheroes Ukrainians continues. This traveling media project of the B50 community tells the story of ordinary Ukrainians who work five days a week at ordinary jobs, try to live ordinary lives in a world filled with rocket attacks and senseless terror, and on weekends turn into superhero volunteers.
The photos of the tireless B50 activists have already visited Tbilisi, Geneva, Alytus, and now they are on display in Vilnius.
Until March 1, 2024, Chronicles of the Unknown Superheroes Ukrainians will be visiting the Museum of Occupations and Freedom Fights. The museum was opened in 1992 in the former KGB headquarters (unfortunately, Lithuanians understand the consequences of russian domination no worse than Ukrainians). More than 80,000 people visit the museum every year, most of them tourists from around the world. We invite you to join them and visit the B50 photo exhibition (by the way, admission is free for Ukrainians!).
The Museum of Occupations and Freedom Fights is located at: Aukų g. 2A, LT-01113 and is open from 10:00 to 18:00 (Wednesday – Saturday), from 10:00 to 17:00 (Sunday).
